The Evil Dead
I'm just curious if these are any good. I can get each one for 15 dollars at a local gamestop here and even though the reviews I've read are mediocre I also feel they're too harsh... The only negative aspect I really read about is that they're too " oldschool " and I can't fault a game for that.

Anyone give these a play? If so would you recommend them?

They're awesome if you want:
-Pretty cute graphics
-Pretty cute music
-Japanese characters typical of almost any JRPG
-A battle system which will be fully exploited less than 5 hours in.
-A skript literd wiht typoos and grammar errors a com"mon" 6th(grader) could/catch..
-Linearity to spare.

And if you do NOT want:
-Any challenge in the battles
-Any challenge in the dungeons
-Any legitimate explanation as to why the plot has been set in motion to begin with.

Sounds like every other RPG.

Some chick I trust regarding tastes in RPG's on this other forum I visit told me they're solid enough to pick up for cheap, so I shall be doing so next week.

And as such, I of course meant even compared to other RPGs happy.gif

I can honestly only think of Rhapsody as ever being easier....

Last time I checked, Legend of Heroes III was selling for 25 U.S. dollars used. I won't consider that cheap myself. No idea how much I and II are selling for at GameStop. I bought one of these games as a requested gift before, but otherwise, I have no experience with the series.
