Hm, well let's see... I usually just click through my bookmark toolbar.
OCRemix (feed) - Any new mixes I'm interested in, I'll check out. Otherwise, move on.
Yahoo! - Check mail, if any. Check gaming news from PS3 and PSP Fanboy.
Facebook - See what people are up to, if anything. Usually nothing significant.
MySpace - See above.
deviantART - Check for updates from watch list.
LiveJournal - Check for updates from friends. Rarely update my own.
PCB Terror forum - Friends' forum. Shenanigans abound. I usually just skip most of it.
RPG Dreamers forum - Activity from me depends on the activity of others. I mostly lurk around here, waiting for various updates. Haven't been in Live Chat much lately, but I occasionally hop in there for a bit.
That's the usual routine, plus checking for anime updates at various sites. Oh, and IM stuff, of course. That is, if anyone's around to talk to.
Other activities I occasionally partake in would include browsing Wikipedia for whatever's on my mind, "window-shopping" at Amazon (sometimes adding on to my list of things to eventually buy), looking up a few things on YouTube, checking my Last.fm page for whatever reasons... I guess that's about it, at least for the more common things.
And, lately, Diablo II. And music is pretty much a must, though that's not necessarily tied to the internet.

Myspace, Facebook, and LJ? Give me a break.
What about them?
If you mean the fact I use all three, I don't really "use" all three, per se. I have accounts on all three, but LJ is the only one I do much with. MySpace and Facebook are just there so I can try to stay in touch with a few people, since some seem to be totally out of touch otherwise. As I said, I pretty much just hop on and see what my friends are up to. I don't really do anything with my own profiles, aside from throw in some info or whatever, just so they're not so barren.
Even LJ, these days, I don't really do much with, myself. A small handful of friends occasionally update, so I check their entries now and then, but I rarely update my own. Even when I do, it's just a record of a dream I have or something, usually. (If it's a dream log, I do it more for my own memory's sake than for sharing it with my friends, though I do like to see what others think of them, if anyone bothers to read them.)

I have a few things which I do, keeps me occupied.
There's here, though I only post depending on replies to other things, so I'm a bit picky.
Myspace - See if anything's new for friends, fiddle around with mine if I feel like it.
Runescape - Though these days I rarely touch it and just let my friend level everything, I jump on for the new quests.
WoW - Kill some time, and it's always fun to ruin a Horde's day by camping him 3 dozen times.
Youtube - Watch whatever looks good, plus right now I have a continuous argument going with some idiot (Fun to tease him until he gets mad)
Wikipedia - Kind of straight forward, I like to look up the newest interesting topic, and it's been a huge help with my hobby of reading the poetry of those famous for it, such as Coelridge.

Hmmm... Depends on my mood.
Mostly just here, MySpace, and explosm.com to check out the new comic of the day =D
Otherwise, this place I RP at, look up stuff for games, download new ways to torture, I mean, love on my sims, and check my email once in a blue moon, which I should do more often so I don't have to wade through all the spam.
I use my phone for messengers and whatnot.
Oh, and of course, I am on whenever the local site updates for the classifeids, to check out the new places to rent. Of course, there is never anything X.x

Oh yeah, I guess this counts: The whole time I'm online, I'm on Meebo, since that's what I use for AIM/MSN/YIM. Meebo rocks. (Though it could be better. They're always working on new features for it.) I've got the Mozilla add-on for it, even, so as soon as I boot up Firefox, I'm logged in, and my contact list is on the side at all times. But yeah, it's a website, rather than an application, so I figure it's worth mentioning? ^^;

I'm finding less and less time to browse lately but I usually read video game news sites, bodybuilding.com, T-nation, MMAJunkie, film related websites and very occasionally facebook, it's quite interesting to see what some of my old school friends are up to after not seeing some of them for nearly 12 years since leaving school I hate all the stupid sh!t that comes with facebook though.

Livejournal - read f-list entries, community entries and reply to some and to my own. Update my own sometimes.
Facebook - check up on replies
Yahoo! - Check my e-mail
Dreamers - Check messages, browse anime section posts.
And that's about it considering I lose connection almost every minute I'm online these days. Most of the time it takes me about an hour to post anything because my connection keeps getting cut off. =___=

Generally just read on this forum, check my mail, sometimes I check my facebook and generally what most people do.
I play a bit of games as well, such as Football Manager 2008, World of Warcraft and lately a bit of Diablo, though I haven't played much games as of late, as I tend to be busy these last few weeks.

Mostly I just use the internet to keep in touch with friends via Facebook/MSN and arrange to meet up with them when there's something interesting to do. Other than that, I spend a lot of time watching videos on Youtube, playing a slightly boring MMORPG called Tibia [only play it because of a few cool people I know on it], studying and posting on message boards.

Fire Emblem Universe, where I admin. Dealing with a bunch of little shitheads takes up the majority of my time online, but they're fun so I don't mind.
Dreamers, where I normally just lurk and laugh at how odd a lot of you can be.
Armored Core Online, because I like some big ##### robots.

I used to be a moderator on a Resident Evil themed message board, consisting mostly of a group of close friends who found each other on another message board. It was great for a while and I enjoyed it, but the lack of new members and the 'betrayal' of a key member who instigated arguments amongst us caused us to shut it down. Ironically, the next message board I joined after that shared the same fate.
So now, this is pretty much the only message board I post on.

Lets see, every day I check ign for videogame news, 411mania.com for wrestling and mma news, punknews.org for music, and newsarama for comics, and bloody-disgusting about this time of year to check out saw related news. Then I check my bebo page and msn to see if my girlfriend is on or anyone has messaged me. Then I'll see whats going on here. I have less and less time these days though, I'm either busy or using my free time to actually play games rather than talk about them XD
