i trying to get kites duel blades but i dont know where to get them

Kite's weapon, as in the ones that the Kite character in the game uses? Empty Skies, I think they are called.

If so, I think you get them in Vol 3 after you fight Kite, Balmung and Orca.

I just checked to confirm. You do indeed get them in Volume 3 at the event I mentioned. You get them automatically after that story event. So you have a bit longer to get there. lol

By the way, don't forget to kille the Doppelganger before you move on to the next game. If you kill him in all 3 volumes, you can get some of the best equipment in Vol 3.

Also, you get another pair of Empty Skies once Azure Kite joins the party. Though, he's the only character that can use the weapon and will never unequip Empty Skies.

if you want that twin blades you have to destroy him in vol . 3

Empty Skies can be obtained in Vol. 1 as a Lv. 0 cheat item. Of course you need a CB, ARMAX, or something similar.

But the normal Empty Skies (Lv. 125) can only be obtained after you defeat the Azure Knights at the Hulle Granz Cathedral in Vol. 3.
