If you guys know the site AnimePaper, I'm a member on there that hasn't really made a wallpaper in like, a couple of months. D: This is pretty much the result of "I'm gonna make a random wallpaper to keep my account active" sort of thing, but I really want it to look nice so I'm hoping to get your opinions on it. @_@

Being lame as I am I wanted it to generally mimic the same design concepts as my Kingdom Hearts wallpaper with the boxes, repetition of imagery, and use of text in multiple ways. (Although this one is clearly lacking compared to the KH wallie. :\ ) Also wanted it a little minimal, but with subtle detailing to make it more than just a picture thrown in a few times.

So anyways, now that you guys know what I'm expecting out of this piece, I was just curious if there were any small changes you guys would have preferred. I also want your opinion on the level of detailing, whether I should add in more or not. Opinions on the general design would be nice too, and also what you think of it overall. Thankyouuu!

I love it. The colors are fantastic. Honestly, you failed at mimicing the kingdom Hearts piece, and I mean that in a really good way. The only thing that I dont like is the change in color of the heading. "If the king doesn't move, then his subjects wont follow" That might just be a personal thing, though.

Awesome job.
Dragon Brigade
I think it's perfect all around. Doesn't really mimic the KH one in my eyes either, but I still think it's really good. Sorry, I don't have much else to say. I just think it goes together really well.

Great work. =).

i really think you did a good job with the background. I really like the colors you used as well as the text and images.

Honestly, I really like it as is. I mean, I may not be able to look at this kind of thing from a "professional" point of view or anything, but it's really nice. Dark, but with enough color to give it some nice contrast. (Really love the whole monochrome + single neon color theme, too.) It's definitely got that sort of minimalism to it, as well, which I always like to have in a wallpaper. (I like to have some "empty" space to place my icons. For this particular piece, I'm really liking that vertical space on the left edge.)

I think the only extra thing I would personally like to see in this is having the left side of Lelouch blended/faded into the black background a bit. The abrupt drop-off to darkness is kind of... well, abrupt. I'm not really sure how one could do something about this, and maintain the appearance of the "window" the image is in, but the abrupt end just bugs me a little. (Just a little. It's nothing major, really.)
