EGA has today confirmed its Games Convention 2008 line-up, which includes a host of familiar faces, plus a new title which is to be given its world premiere at the event. Further details regarding the new game will be announced in time for the start of the trade fair.

Confirmed to make appearances at Games Convention are Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood, Sonic Unleashed, Space Siege, Empire: Total War, Alpha Protocol, Madworld, Bayonetta, Golden Axe, Valkyria Chronicles, Stormrise, Samba De Amigo and several other titles.

I have no idea. It might be those Jet Radio games (or whatever they're called). But I honestly have no idea otherwise. I haven't been paying too much attention to SEGA's stuff outside of Valkyrie Chronicles (don't think there were any others...). >.>.

I actually tried the Space Siege (PC Diablo in outer space) demo (gamershell.com) and it was kinda fun. Not gonna get it, but still decent.

I would crap my pants if they announced Shining Force, Skies of Arcadia, or any new RPG/Strategy RPG , but I'm sure the announcement will only disappoint.

Seriously, it is most likely Jet Set Radio like DB stated. Especially as the thread I posted on it said Sega wanted to create a new one.

I'd kill for another ACTUAL Shining Force title, but I'm sure they've abandoned the strategy formula that made the series so great to begin with at this point.

If we even hear anything further about the series, it'll be somewhat lame like EXA and Neo.

SF for the win. I would kill the killers for a new SF title. Dreamcast 2 ahah I would buy one for sure. A rpg would be nice in general ahah.

It would be the best news ever, but what are the chances, really. Overworks are not owned by Sega are they? Its obviouslt Jet Set Radio.

I got the second one for the sexbox. I never had a chance to pick up the first one. It had a killer sound track and the game was huuuuuuuuge. Plus where else do you get to make your own graffiti and spray it everywhere.
