Boss jumped awake as he heard the cattle mooing and begin to stampede. He shook everyone awake, putting a finger up to his lips to let them know to be quite. As everyonoe gathered their stuff, Boss looked out towards the farm land, the dead had found food, and it was not to far from where the group had taken shelter for the night. The sun had not yet risen and the sky had blocked out the moon with clouds that would soon drop rain. Boss motioned for everyone to draw near, the undead were far enough away to not hear the group.
"We have to get through, they are right between us, and home." He looked around at the group, "Any suggestions?"
"We should get their attention, a distraction, the cattle are to fast, and got away, but they will go after something they can get to. After that, we could take down some, and send them in a different direction." Even though, a full frontal attack would be dangerous, I got nothin else." Fingle finished with a smile, he was still young, and kinda clueless about the undeads ways.
"Anyone else?" Boss asked looking around at the others.

"Already working on it." Hawk said from the window, looking into the scope of his sniper rifle. "I'll take a few cows down, they'll go to the easiest prey." He said as he put a silencer on the barrel, before firing into the stampede.
His bullets didn't kill the cows, he hit them straight in the legs. Knocking them down and keeping them from getting up, the zombies went at the now fallen cows.
"Go." He said slinging his rifle onto his back, pulling out a single pistol. "But be careful, there may be some behind us." He said, his silver eyes piercing the night sky. "Go fast and quiet." He said opening the door, and stepping out into the rain and the harsh world.

John kept low and his Assault rifle in hand. He looked at Boss, then surveyed the field. The undead were now swarming around the injured cows. Ripping them apart and turning the area around them crimson as the blood seeped into the dirt. He looked through the red dot attached to the top of the M16. There were too many to try for a direct assault. He could make out the bunker that they had to reach on the opposite side of the field. It would be a long run, and if they undead decided that they wanted other than beef, John and the others would be swimming in hot water. He slung the strap around his shoulder and dug his boots into the dirt. Waiting for the command to go.
The rain would blur his vision some if it ever came to firing. He was rather in-experienced in combat. He had only gone through one clip of the M16 ammo since he was found by Boss and the others. He rechecked to make sure that the clip was securely in place. His pistol was strapped in and his knife was also strapped in. He turned the safety on. It would be bad for the gun to go of and injure one of his comrades. Or worse, attract the attention of the zombies that flooded the field. He wiped the rain from his brow and caught his breath, waiting for the word.

He looked out of the door way, and then stepped out into the rain, and began to wave the each member of their group out the door, "Go quick and quite, carry the weak and the slow." he said to each other person as they left the building. It was an open field on the way there, and the zombies were only a few hundred feet away as when they came closest. When they got there, it would be risky, but they had to do it. As the last person left the building, Boss took off after the group, right as they reached the closest distance, one of the zombies lifted its head from the body of the dead cow. It moaned loudly, and began to move towards them, slowly of course, but soon, the others began to follow. "Get your *sses moving now!" Boss took off runing ahead of the group and grabbed up a small boy as he fell down. "They spotted us, GO NOW!" He yelled out to the group.
As they began to gain somedistance on the zombies, they hit a mud pit. Most of them at the front of the group made it through, but the zombies were now closing in on those stuck in the mud pit. The zombies reached them and the group opened fire on them. Boss ran back and began to fight back at the zombies, getting bit once or twice, but nothing fatal to the superhumans. Fingle began to strike at the undead with his bladed staff. They fought off a chunk of the zombies, but then the undead began to overwhelm them. "Make a run for the bunker now, Everyone for themselves, no f*cking heroes!" Boss and fingle turned and sprinted for the bunker and soon reached the bunker, he headed inside, waiting for everyone to get inside. He would give them one minute to get in, after that, the hatch would be closed.

"They spotted us, GO NOW!" John heard in his attempt to leg his way through the field. He made it through the mud pit and turned around. The undead had reached those still in the mud. John swore to himself and grabbed his M16. He stared quickly down the sights and blasted a zombie as it made a grab at one of the children. He opened his three round bursts upon the undead bodies. Heads exploded and holes were blown into chests.
He whiped to his right as one of the undead was sloshing toward him. He didn't have time to turn and aim, so instead he bashed the zombie in the face with the butt of his gun. The latter fell down and John quickly implanted three rounds into it's head, leaving almost nothing behind.
"Make a run for the bunker now, Everyone for themselves, no f*cking heroes!" He heard distinctly through the shots and rain. He turned around and bolted after Boss and Fingle. He turned around quickly and backpeddled the rest of the distance. Firing rounds into the oncomming horde. He turned as he entered the door of the bunker and knelt next to the door and picked off a few more undead before he emptied his clip with a loud CLICK! He didn't bother switching clips, instead he flung the M16 onto his back and pulled out his knife. If any got through he would kill them with that.

".........carry the weak and the slow." Calista was awakened with a start and only heard the end of what was said. "They spotted us, GO NOW!" Without a word she arosed and looked outside of the barn. The undead were coming this way. Most of the others had already fled the barn and so she turned and ran to catch up with them. Within only moments she had caught up with the end of the group that had gotten stuck in the mud pit. "Make a run for the bunker now, Everyone for themselves, no f*cking heroes!" The boss had said. Calista shook her head as she grabbed two different hands of children that were still in the mud. She pulled them out effortlessly and carried the youngest of the two, a young girl with big green eyes. The only child was a boy who had no trouble keeping up with the rest.
As she arrived at the bunker, she set the girl down and told her to go in. Turning around just infront of the door to the bunker, she prepared herself to fight off any zombies that would get there before everyone had the chance to retreat into it. Pulling out her dual 9mm's, she smiled as she saw the boss fight succesfully against many of them. From where she stood she could still see clearly through the rain. Emptying almost a full round off, she shot at the undead that were approaching him. "Hurry up and get your ass in here!" She yelled for him.

As time ran out, the zombies were now the only visible thing outside of the bunker, Boss hit the switch, and the hatch closed. "All right everyone," Boss called out everyones name in order, and by the time he was, there were missing seven people. Three of them superhuman, two children, and two human. Boss looked around, everyone was crying almost. In the past two years since they uncovered the children, everyone had grown close as though they were born family.
Boss kept firm, they had to find the two doctors encharge, not to mention, give them the research they found on the fertilization process. "Alright, there are thirteen of us left. Me, Fingle, and John will search the main areas, the least secure. Calista, you and Beverly," he pointed to the young, beautiful, yet very sharp and quick lady standing in the corner. She was holding two short swords, and had two silenced hand guns at her side. "take the two older girls, and head down to the labs. The rest of you, search the holding area were superhumans are kept. The Builidng plans are the same in all the bunkers, so it shouldn't be that hard to find your way around. We will say something for those lost today later, for now, our first priority is keeping what is left of us alive."
He looked down one of three halls, to the living facilities, the three doors to the three main areas were open, and Boss was slightly uncomfortable with the whole situation, hopefully the doctors were still alive, along with the rest of the lab crew. He grabbed Fingle and John and they began to head down the hall, John in back, with Fingle in front, and Boss off to the side, creating a triangle in the hall way for more effeciant fighting. Boss put away his gun, and pulled out a large, makeshift sledge hammer made out of steel with a large marble head, coated in diamond to make it less likely to break. The weight alone could keep most superhumans from lifting it, but boss used it like it was a baseball bat.
Fingle held his glave point forward, just in front of him. They both were reliang on John, the guy with the gun, to be there incase of large crowds, but they were ready for dealing with what they had to.

"Alright, there are thirteen of us left. Me, Fingle, and John will search the main areas, the least secure. Calista, you and Beverly," John heard. he didn't realize any thing else other than his orders. He hefted his M16 as Boss grabbed him and Fingle, steering them down the hallway in question. The formed sort of a triangle and John shifted to the back. He walked backwards. His M16 training on the hallway in a sweeping motion. He didn't bother using the sights, at this distance, he could hip fire and still get his kill. The hallway was not large, but not small either and doors lined it. The lights above their heads flickered, as if uncertain whether it was safe to stay on.
I don't like this at all. Too many bloody doors for the undead to come bashing through. If we get into a fight with too many at once, I don't think we'll get to far. Then again, He looked at Boss's hammer and Fingle's glave. Maybe... I have no doubt that we will know by the end of this. He knew that He would be majorly needed. His gun was not only powerful, but dead accurate. He flicked the F.C. switch to fully automatic and resumed his sweeping.
(OOC: sorry about it being so short, you didn't leave me with much to work with. )
