US, August 20, 2008 - At the German Games Convention in Leipzig, Konami saved a special surprise for last in their press conference. At the end of their presentation, a teaser trailer for a mysterious title known as Lords of Shadow was revealed, which depicted a man in armor kneeling in front of a cross in a church. While he appeared to be saying prayers, a gigantic orc-like being ripped its way through the roof and screamed at him. Noticing the interruption, the man reached for the hilt of a weapon and a whip made out of chain emerged. Setting the chain on fire, he swung the chain towards the monster. After a logo screen appeared, the chain retracted its way into the hilt and the teaser ended. 


Lords of Shadow will be available on the PS3 and 360 in 2010.
